Have you seen “Professor Marston and the Wonder Women” yet?
I thoroughly enjoyed it even though it concentrated mostly on the relationships between William Marston and the two women in his life and the creation of the comic strip character Wonder Woman. I knew the story of him anyway, and he was indeed an interesting fellow.
He was the creator of the DISC model of behaviour. Originally the four types of behaviour or emotions were labelled by Marston as Dominance (D), Inducement (I), Submission (S), and Compliance (C).
Since then his model has been modified to Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S) and Compliance (C), the theory we use today.
